How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for espresso machines and grinders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most equipment. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. Please note that some returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and select US territories. Due to voltage differences and warranty restrictions, we do not ship electrical equipment internationally at this time.

Are the products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all new equipment comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, many of our refurbished machines include a specific Seattle Coffee Gear limited warranty for peace of mind.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer support team immediately. Once an order has reached the shipping floor, it can no longer be modified.
