At Seattle Coffee Gear, we want you to love your brew, which is why we offer a 30-day return window on most equipment and accessories. If your new espresso machine or grinder isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right replacement or process a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original retail packaging, including all manuals and accessories, and place them inside a sturdy shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return shipment.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our technicians inspect the equipment at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit.
